The first of the series, Divergent Realms Playing Cards' Gottlieb Deck will feature hand-crafted detailed artwork, red metallic inks and foil embossed tuck-boxes.
The Gottlieb Deck (Mind Control) - named after Sidney Gottlieb who was an American chemist and spymaster best known for his involvement with the C.I.A's mind control program, known as Project MKUltra, where he supervised experiments in mind control. He became known as the "Black Sorcerer" and the "Dirty Trickster.

Visually emphasizing that there is no clear line of demarcation between the explained and the unexplained, each of the Divergent Realms playing card decks, named after archetypal characters and masterminds who pioneered the historic studies in various fields, will showcase popular topics ranging from dangerous advances in technology, ancient aliens, psychic phenomena, parallel worlds, quantum and supernatural mysticism.
The third of the series, Divergent Realms Playing Cards' Gaddis Deck will feature hand-crafted detailed artwork, metallic inks and foil embossed tuck-boxes.
TheGaddis Deck (Bermuda Triangle) - named after Vincent Hayes Gaddis, an American author who invented the phrase "Bermuda Triangle", which he used first in the cover article for the 1964 February issue of the magazine Argosy. He popularized many stories about anomalous and paranormal phenomena.

The second of the series, Divergent Realms Playing Cards' Faraday Deck will feature hand-crafted detailed artwork, metallic inks and foil embossed tuck-boxes.
The Faraday Deck (Spiritual Mysticism) - a fascinating deck dedicated to and designed around the forgotten art of the mysterious iconic Ouija board game. The deck is named after Michael Faraday was an English scientist who contributed to the study of electromagnetism and electro-chemistry. Faraday concluded the action of the board can be parsimoniously explained by unconscious movements of those controlling the pointer, a psycho-physiological phenomenon discovered by Faraday and became known as the ideomotor effect.

Shipping is now underway...
Just a quick update to let you all know that Gambler's Warehouse have confirmed shipment for all decks and add-ons in this project have now shipped. As you read this your tracking numbers are being uploaded to your BackerKit orders so you can track everything up to the point of delivery. You should also receive an automated email with your tracking number.
"I didn't receive my tracking number."
Should you not receive your tracking notification please check your spam folders and if for any reason nothing has come through, you can recover your survey simply by using this link: RECOVER MY BACKERKIT SURVEY and from there you will see your tracking number will have been added to your original order.
"So what happens next? When is the next campaign?"
So, now the campaign for the first deck has ended there will be a quiet period for a few weeks whilst all backers on this project receive their decks and add-ons. During this time I will prep the second campaign and inform you all of the exact launch date once set. The second of the series will be the Faraday Deck (below) and this second campaign will launch mid-late October.
Addressing issues present during the first campaign...
Well, as we all know this one took a little longer then expected to complete so first of all I want to thank you all for your patience during the process as I understand the long wait was frustrating for a lot of you and even though I extended the timeframe for fulfillment to a longer period then normal on this campaign the delays still occurred for various reasons.
With the current climate still presenting problems for content creators and effecting project completion and fulfillment in good time I have had to go over everything on my side to make a few adjustments for the future campaigns which can address this problem as best as possible.
The solution...
So, given the above I have decided to fund the initial deposit for the next and future decks prior to the actual Kickstarter myself in order to lock the print run in so that everything is underway prior to the campaign starting. The print/manufacture of the decks is usually 6-8 weeks from the date of the signing of the contracts/initial deposit and by starting this process prior to a campaign should knock down the completion time for a project to the normal timeframes we are used to. By the time your BackerKit surveys are locked the decks will already be at Gambler's Warehouse with gilding underway and then fulfillment can take place right after this is completed. This method will allow me to complete at least 3 campaigns per year as was originally planned and deliver this series to you quickly and efficiently.

Hi guys
Just a quick update to let you all know that Gambler's Warehouse have confirmed the fulfillment phase to start around one week from now so looks like we are coming to the end of road on this first campaign. I'll post another update once the fulfillment starts.
Shipping addresses have now been locked so if you have a change of address or need to change your shipping address for any reason please contact me directly in order to have your order form unlocked in order to make any needed changes.
