How long do I have to fill out my BackerKit survey?
The BackerKit surveys will be open until 15th November 2020. On this date the surveys will be locked and added payment methods for any additional items you have purchased through the survey’s add-on lists post-campaign will be charged. Between now and this date you will be able to make any changes you need to such as updating payment details or shipping addresses where you would like your rewards sent come the time for fufillment.

What happens if at any point I loose access to my survey link for any reason?
If by chance you find that you have lost access to your survey link because for example, you may have accidentally deleted the email, then you can recover your survey simply by using this link: https://www.backerkit.com/are_you_a_backer. Simply enter the campaign name in the search field, select this specific campaign from the generated search results and you will be prompted to enter your email. Once done, Backerkit will then automatically re-send your survey to your inbox where you can access it again. If you experience any further problems which you need help with you are more then welcome to contact me directly on here or through my email listed on the main campaign page and I will be happy to help your with anything you need.

I missed your previous Primordial Playing Cards campaign last year, is there any way I can pick up any decks from this series?
Yes of course! There are still a limited number of Primordial decks and add-ons from the previous campaign available. If you would like to secure any Primordial decks and have them shipped immediately they are available directly from my online store https://costapantazisplayingcards.bigcartel.com/. Alternatively, they are also listed as add-ons in the BackerKit surveys you will be getting for this Divergent Realms campaign where you will have the chance to secure them with reduced shipping costs - as they will be combined with your rewards for this campaign and shipped together when the fufillment phase begins in early 2021.

Is it possible to change my shipping address after my survey has been locked?
Yes it is possible. Please contact me directly via. email, DM via Kickstarter or open a support ticket on BackerKit for this project with the request and I will update your shipping address with the details you provide.
Please Note: Once Gambler’s Warehouse begins preparing for fufillment in late January at this stage you will not be able to change any shipping details so please ensure come this time the address you have provided is the correct or preferred one.

When will I receive my rewards for this project?
Gambler’s Warehouse will commence fufillment in early February. Once shipped they will update your BackerKit survey with shipping confirmations and the tracking number for your rewards. BackerKit will then automatically send you an email confirming shipment of your reward with the tracking number so you can monitor your parcel from the point it leaves the warehouse up to the point of delivery.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
