Hello everyone!

Just a quick update and again, just a short one to keep everyone in the loop. As mentioned before, Gambler's Warehouse have informed me the production phase is now underway with good progress being made. They have informed me as of yesterday they expect the delivery of the decks from USPCC around the third week of April and subject to this delivery timeframe being met they will then begin gilding and assembly of the tuck boxes with the fulfillment taking place at the start of May. 

With this as well, once GW confirm the delivery of the decks has been received from USPCC I will be able to set a launch date for the second campaign which as it stands will being in late May working with the above timeframes (about 4 weeks after the fulfillment phase for this project commences).

I'll post another update once this phase is complete as shortly afterwards I will be locking in all backer addresses in preparation for fulfillment.

Just a quick update and going to keep it short and sweet. Gambler's Warehouse have informed me the production phase is now underway with the contracts being signed up with USPCC a few days ago so we are finally making good progress now and I'll post another update once this phase is complete as shortly afterwards I will be locking in all backer addresses in preparation for fulfillment.

Hello everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know where everything stands regarding the project.

I'm currently in communication with USPCC and Gambler's Warehouse and things are progressing now with the costs for manufacture having been invoiced and paid, along with the Gottlieb project files having now being double checked, finalized, proofs sent and approved by myself and Blackout Brother, so the printing should commence in due course and as it stands there is no change to the estimated period for completion which I highlighted in the previous update so looks like we are coming close to the end. I'll post another update once the decks actually begin production and from there within short time we can commence the final fulfillment phase as planned.

What does this mean for the other decks in the series?

Of course this problem also pushes the campaigns for the other decks in the series back as I will not be happy launching any campaign until this first one is at least a few weeks into the fulfillment phase with all the backer's pledges being mailed to them. So, with this also an issue I have to set the second campaign for the mid April period depending on when the fulfillment for this first project is underway and will confirm the actual launch date nearer the time. I think given the above I will likely be unable to complete the campaigns for all six decks in the DV series between now and the end of this year as planned so given the recent pandemic and lockdowns causing various disruptions to business on top I will be trying to spread them out a little further apart with slightly longer completion periods to accommodate any slow manufacture periods which should they occur due to the ongoing pandemic.

Shipping addresses will now be locked in mid-late March so if you have a change of address or need to change your shipping address for any reason please do so before this period.

I haven't recieved my survey yet or what happens if at any point I loose access to my survey link for any reason?

If by chance you find that you have lost access to your survey link because for example, you may have accidentally deleted the email, then you can recover your survey simply by using this link:RECOVER MY SURVEY. Simply enter the campaign name in the search field, select this specific campaign from the generated search results and you will be prompted to enter your email. Once done, Backerkit will then automatically re-send your survey to your inbox where you can access it again. If you experience any further problems which you need help with you are more then welcome to contact me directly on here or through my email listed on the main campaign page and I will be happy to help your with anything you need.

Is it possible to change my shipping address after my survey has been locked?

Yes it is possible. Please contact me directly via. email, DM via Kickstarter or open a support ticket on BackerKit for this project with the request and I will update your shipping address with the details you provide. Please Note: Once Gambler's Warehouse begins preparing for fulfillment in late January at this stage you will not be able to change any shipping details so please ensure come this time the address you have provided is the correct or preferred one.

My payment method was declined and my pledge was dropped from the project or I didn't have enough time to update my payment method. Can I still pledge towards this project?

Divergent Realms Playing Card Series: Manufacture delayed for the Gottlieb Deck. 😡😠😡

Hello everyone!

I have an update regarding the progress of the Gottlieb deck and sadly this update is to inform you all there has been a setback in the manufacture of the decks. 

Unfortunatly the manufacturer has been very slow on the communications front even though I have been in contact with them since approval of the artwork in December last year regarding this project and after constantly chasing they have only this week decided to send the actual digital proofs of the deck for approval even though I was requesting this be done before the Christmas period as the project was due to commence fulfillment within the next 2-3 weeks. 

Given the above, I am still waiting for the contract to be sent and once signed they have informed me despite the above they will not be manufacturing the decks for another 5-6 weeks which as a result takes the completion and fufillment period into the mid-late March period. Sadly there are no exceptions for a fast track service to rectify this situation so I'm going to have to ride this out to the timetable they give. One good note to add is that all other items in the campaign such as the coins and metal cards have arrived at Gambler's Warehouse and once manufacture takes place and the decks are delivered to the warehouse, they will be able to complete shipping the decks quickly and efficiently as they did with the last.

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year!

I've only just got back and logged in today noting a few backer requests have appeared requesting asking for an update on the Divergent Realms project as it stands.

Given the recent holidays obviously everything has been quiet on all front with the manufacturers but as things stand USPCC is shortly confirming a print date for the decks and Coins For Anything have approved the metal works designs for the coins and metal cards prior yo the holidays - and same again with them, toward the end of the month manufacture will take place with delivery to Gambler's Warehouse for the fufillment phase, which as it stands is scheduled for the first half of February.

I'll be sure to update everyone as both complete manufacture of the decks and add-ons and will inform everyone when they have been shipped to Gambler's Warehouse for what will be the final phase and fulfillment.

Just a quick note. Nearly all of you have filled out your BackerKit surveys but there are a small amount who haven't. Obviously Kickstarter has already charged you and collected you pledges for this campaign but in order to have anything shipped to you, you need to fill out and finalise your surveys (so we know where to send them!)
