Hello everyone!

Just another short update to let you know I'm still alive and how things are with regard to the project. 

Artwork submitted for approval to CoinsForAnything for  the Divergent coins and metal cards which should confirm after the coming weekend and pretty much everything is now set with Gambler's Warehouse and U.S.P.C.C for the deck manufacture. Aside for waiting for a specific date to be confirmed everything is pretty much good to go!

About 95% for you have filled out your surveys and are good to go with cards recently being charged for any additional items that were secured through them post campaign. I will not be locking the surveys until a few weeks before fulfillment begins so up to this point you can change address if needed.

I have a few backers who are yet to fill out the surveys though but you can do so anytime really, but the sooner the better so everything can be prepped in good time for you nearer the fulfillment phase early next year.

I haven't recieved my survey yet or what happens if at any point I loose access to my survey link for any reason?

If by chance you find that you have lost access to your survey link because for example, you may have accidentally deleted the email, then you can recover your survey simply by using this link: RECOVER MY BACKERKIT SURVEY.  Simply enter the campaign name in the search field, select this specific campaign from the generated search results and you will be prompted to enter your email. Once done, Backerkit will then automatically re-send your survey to your inbox where you can access it again. If you experience any further problems which you need help with you are more then welcome to contact me directly on here or through my email listed on the main campaign page and I will be happy to help your with anything you need.

Is it possible to change my shipping address after my survey has been locked?

Yes it is possible. Please contact me directly via. email, DM via Kickstarter or open a support ticket on BackerKit for this project with the request and I will update your shipping address with the details you provide. Please Note: Once Gambler's Warehouse begins preparing for fufillment in late January at this stage you will not be able to change any shipping details so please ensure come this time the address you have provided is the correct or preferred one.

Hi guys, just a quick update to let you all know where we currently stand so far post-campaign.

The final artworks have been submitted and approved by U.S.P.C.C. and Coins For Anything so everything is locked and ready to rock on the manufacture for this first deck in the series and will be booked in as soon as I lock the BackerKit surveys in a few weeks.

All BackerKit surveys have been sent out and pleased to say  the response from everyone in filling them out and finalising them has been very quick with over 90% already completed. Quick shout to the following backers who haven't yet. If any of you are having problems or have not yet received your survey please drop me a DM so I can link you up directly so you can fill them out.

Gambler's Warehouse will commence fufillment in early February. Once shipped they will update your BackerKit survey with shipping confirmations and the tracking number for your rewards. BackerKit will then automatically send you an email confirming shipment of your reward with the tracking number so you can monitor your parcel from the point it leaves the warehouse up to the point of delivery. I will post updates between now and then to keep you up to date with the manufacture and fulfillment phases of this campaign.

The Faraday Deck (Spiritual Mysticism) - a fascinating deck dedicated to and designed around the forgotten art of the mysterious iconic Ouija board game. The deck is named after Michael Faraday was an English scientist who contributed to the study of electromagnetism and electro-chemistry. Faraday concluded the action of the board can be parsimoniously explained by unconscious movements of those controlling the pointer, a psycho-physiological phenomenon discovered by Faraday and became known as the ideomotor effect.

Divergent Realms Playing Card Series [Gottlieb Deck] campaign has now ended with over 120% funding! 🎉🎉🎉

After a long and super exciting design process (which took nearly 12 months to complete!), the first campaign reached it's funding goal. Thank you to each and everyone of you for supporting me with this huge project, I am incredibly happy to tell you that Divergent Realms will be a reality and the first deck of the series on Kickstarter has now ended with over 120% funding! 

What happens next?

Now that the project has successfully funded, your card will be charged for the original amount you pledged during the live campaign. Once your pledge has been processed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address tied to your Kickstarter account.

My pledge was declined. How can I retry my payment?

If your pledge is declined, you’ll be able to retry the payment. We recommend taking action promptly, however, as backers have 7 days to resolve payment issues before they're dropped from the project. Until your pledge has been successfully collected, Kickstarter will send you an email every 48 hours with a direct link to correct the issue. During the 7-day timeframe you can also log in to your Kickstarter account and click the “Fix Payment” button in the banner at the top of your screen. On the next page, click the “Retry Your Payment” button to retry or update your pledge with a different card.

At the start of next week you will receive your BackerKit surveys for this campaign where you can finalise all your rewards which you pledged for on the recent campaign, any add, make your specific deck selections as well as purchase additional items if required.

I missed your previous Primordial Playing Cards campaign last year, is there any way I can pick up any decks from this series?

Yes of course! There are still a limited number of Primordial decks and add-ons from the previous campaign available. If you would like to secure any Primordial decks and have them shipped immediately they are available directly from my online store Costa Pantazis Playing Cards.  Alternatively, they are also listed as add-ons in the BackerKit surveys you will be getting for this Divergent Realms campaign where you will have the chance to secure them with reduced shipping costs - as they will be combined with your rewards for this campaign and shipped together when the fufillment phase begins in early 2021. 

As a general rule with the manufacture of playing cards, usually an additional 10% of the total print runs are manufactured in order to cover and compensate any minor issues that may arise during the process, most common being the manufacturer's specific production tolerance, minor print errors and the occassional minor replacements for decks lost in transit during the fufillment phase of a campaign. These issues very rarely present themselves and on the occassion where they do they are in all cases minimal. As a result we always end up with a small percentage of backstock (which does not make up the final sealed/numbered print runs) and with that are left unsealed. On your BackerKit surveys I will be making a very small amount available for any backers who would like to purchase them.  On your BackerKit surveys you will be able to see the decks in question listed alongside the standard and gilded versions featured in the campaign (image below).
